Group
A group field allows you to organize and structure related form fields together under a common heading. It helps create a logical hierarchy and improves form readability by visually grouping related inputs.
As you can see in the screenshot above, a group field is used to group personal details together. Inside the personal details group, there is also a group field for house details, demonstrating that groups can be nested at any depth.
Options
Configure how the group field behaves and appears.
Multiple Values
If you enable this option, the group field will allow users to input multiple sets of values. For example, users can enter multiple sets of personal details.
Optional
If you enable this option, the group field becomes optional. Users can choose to skip filling out the fields within the group.
Description
Add helpful text that appears in a tooltip next to the field label.
Adding a Field to a Group
To add fields to a group:

- Once the group is created, you can add fields to the group by clicking the ”+” button inside the group
- Select the type of field you want to add from the dropdown menu

The fields you add will be visually nested under the group heading. You can add as many fields as needed and even nest groups within groups to create complex hierarchical forms.
