# Report View & Analysis

> Structured interface to analyze and visualize processed data within records.

The Report View in Cortex provides a structured interface to analyze and visualize processed data within records. Reports are automatically generated when a record is created and updated dynamically with manual modifications, such as replacing inputs, adding attachments, adjusting configurations, or any changes made through the Workflow Builder.

## Features

* **Automated Reports** - Each record generates a report that summarizes data processing and workflow execution.
* **Analysis** - Executes the workflow with the current inputs, processing data, applying rules, and generating outputs based on predefined logic.
* **Re-Analysis** - Modify inputs and trigger re-analysis to update results based on new data.
* **Export & Printing** - Download reports or print them directly from the interface.
* **Customization** - The report UI (Output) is fully customizable within the Workflow Builder, allowing tailored data presentation with elements like tables, markdown, diagrams, icons, and structured layouts to enhance clarity and usability.

## How to Use Report View

* Open a Record and navigate to its Report View.
* Review the displayed analysis, including workflow execution details and structured output.
* Click Edit Inputs to modify any data fields.
* Click Analyze to run the workflow and generate a report.
* Click Re-Analyze to update the report based on modified inputs.
* Export or Print the report to save or share the report.
